Resolved - We are pleased to advise that the issue is fully resolved. The earlier Ported Numbers with inbound call issues have been stable for some days now.

Monitoring - The earlier Ported Numbers with inbound call issues have all been re-routed to restore service. Work continues to investigate the underlying issue, and we're closely monitoring the situation.

Update - Re-routing is in hand to reduce the level of failures of inbound calls of some ported numbers.

Investigating - We are aware that a number of customers, who ported numbers to us (e.g. from BT) are not receiving calls. This has been raised, and the issue is outside of our network.

Scheduled - We will be performing emergency maintenance on our network on Friday 17th February between 21:30 and 23:30.

Services Affected: A failed line card needs to be replaced.

Customer Impact: We don't anticipate any impact as traffic is routed away from the affected device. The network is however at risk of possible short outages lasting a few seconds at a time.

Actions: In the event that your phones unregister, please reboot to force registration.
