Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Push notifications are now working as expected when the iOS device is locked or while the softphone app is in the background. Some calls may not have been received during this incident, any diverts/voicemails set on the extension(s) would still have been respected.

Please close the softphone app and reopen it if the issues are not resolved.
