We will be performing routine maintenance on our voice platform on Monday 22nd August between 20:00 and 23:00. As part of this maintenance, we will be changing the IP address of our sip.voipfone.net SIP proxy. If you currently have a firewall that only allows incoming calls from certain IP addresses, please ensure that the following are included:
46.31.225.0/24
46.31.231.0/24
195.189.173.0/24
Services Affected: Voice Platform.
Customer Impact: Short outages lasting a few seconds at a time are possible, although we do not anticipate an impact on customers that do not have static firewall rules.
Actions: In case your phones unregister, please reboot to force re-registration and check your firewall configuration.
