We will be performing maintenance on our network infrastructure, Wednesday 19th April, between 01:00 and 04:00 BST. These works are to migrate cabling between network devices in one of our datacentre locations. Due to the brief disruptive nature of these works, we have chosen an overnight maintenance window.
Services Affected: Web Services. Voice Services are At Risk Only.
Customer Impact: While we aim to reduce the amount of disruption during the window, there will be periods of up to a few minutes at a time where services will be impacted as cables are moved. Resilient services will be switched over to another location in advance of these works to minimise any impact.
Actions: In the event that your phones unregister, please reboot to force registration.
