Services Affected: Voice Platform and Website.
Customer Impact: The main Voipfone website will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes; the Customer Control Panel will remain accessible at
https://my.voipfone.co.uk. Customers that have correctly configured devices (desk phones or softphones) or are using the Voipfone Mobile Softphone will not be affected; customers with incorrectly configured devices will be unable to make or receive calls for up to 30 minutes.
Actions: In the event that your phones remain unregistered after the maintenance window is closed, please reboot to force registration. If your telephony services have been affected by these works, please contact our Customer Services Team, who will gladly help you correctly configure your devices to avoid any interruption to service in the future.
