The third party degredation issue has now cleared. Further to confirmation we have received that all transit is back on primary routes, we have tested extensively and are happy to close this incident. Our regular monitoring will remain in place.

Monitoring
Our testing has found that the earlier small number of degraded or intermittent inbound numbers issue is cleared. This was outside of our network on the PSTN. We will continue to monitor this closely.

We have detected that a very small percentage of inbound number services are currently degraded, or intermittent. This is a third party issue and carriers continue to work on restoration.
