We will be performing maintenance on our network infrastructure, Saturday 18th March, between 01:00 and 06:00 GMT. These works are to relocate physical devices within one of our Datacentre locations. Due to the disruptive nature of these works, we have chosen a late night, weekend maintenance window.
Services Affected: All Voice and Web Services.
Customer Impact: While we aim to reduce the amount of disruption during the window, there will be periods of up to 15 minutes where services will be impacted as physical devices are moved. Resilient services will be switched over to another location in advance of these works to reduce the impact.
Actions: In the event that your phones unregister, please reboot to force registration.
